UPI (Unified Payments Interface): Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Amazon Pay, and other BHIM UPI apps.

Net Banking: We support direct bank transfers from all major banks.

Mobile Wallets: Paytm, MobiKwik, Freecharge, etc.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select pin codes (see Section 4 for details).

2. Payment Security

Secure Checkout: Our website is secured with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to ensure that your data remains private during transmission.

3. Currency and Pricing

Currency: All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Shipping Fees: Any applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before you finalize your payment. There are no hidden fees.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

We understand that some customers prefer to pay upon receiving their items. Cash on Delivery is available under the following conditions:

COD is serviceable only at select pin codes. You can check COD availability at checkout by entering your delivery address.

Maximum order value for COD is limited to [Insert Maximum Amount, e.g., ₹5,000]. For orders above this amount, please use a prepaid payment method.

You cannot open the package before handing over the payment to the delivery executive.

We reserve the right to disable COD options for users with a history of rejected or cancelled COD orders.

5. Payment Failures and Discrepancies

If your payment fails or gets interrupted during the checkout process:

Money Deducted but Order Not Placed: If the amount is debited from your account but the order is not successfully generated, please do not panic. The transaction will automatically be reconciled, and the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within [ 3 to 5 business days].

If you experience a payment failure, please try again, ensure you have a stable internet connection, and verify that the payment details entered are correct.

6. Promo Codes and Gift Cards

If you have a discount code or promotional voucher, it must be applied during the checkout process in the designated "Promo Code" box.

Only one promo code can be applied per order. Promo codes cannot be combined with certain other automatic discounts or applied to past orders.
