Shipping and Delivery Policy

At SM Global Clothes, our goal is to bring our curated styles directly to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, delivery options, and what to expect once you place an order.

1. Order Processing Time

Standard Processing: All orders are processed within [e.g., 1 to 3] business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Notification: You will receive another notification email with your tracking link when your order has shipped.

High Volume: During new collection drops, sales, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Flat rate of FREE on orders over 999. Estimated delivery is [3 ] business days depending on your location.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances like severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier strikes. SM Global Clothes is not liable for such delays, but we will always help you track your package.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) and a link to the courier's website.

The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

You can also track your order directly on our website by visiting the [Link to "Track Order" page] and entering your Order ID and email address.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification

If you have selected Cash on Delivery (COD) at checkout:

Our team may contact you via SMS, WhatsApp, or phone call to verify your order before dispatching it.

Unverified COD orders may be cancelled at our discretion to prevent fraudulent or fake orders.

5. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. We are working hard on our Global Style Journey to open up international shipping soon. Make sure to subscribe to our newsletter for updates!

Please note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. SM Global Clothes is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and they are your responsibility as the customer.

6. Missing or Lost Packages

Wrong Address: If you entered an incorrect shipping address at checkout, please contact us immediately at [Insert Email]. If the order has already been dispatched, we cannot change the address, and we are not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you cannot find it, please check around your property or with neighbors. If you still cannot locate it, please contact the courier company directly or reach out to us within 48 hours so we can assist in raising a dispute with the courier partner.
